At MYMCC, we are rooted in the belief that life experiences don't define you, it's how you navigate through those experiences that define you. With every mountain comes a valley, and valleys are designed to go through not to stay in. We specialize in navigating through the valleys alongside you to help break free from whatever may be keeping you there. Grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety all have the potential to keep you in valleys, however, with healthy coping skills, effective communication, and emotional regulation skills, what used to fill like valleys become more like small trenches. By teaching our clients to live mindfully, intentionally, and nonjudgmentally they can discover their true authentic self, their gifts, and their purpose. My purpose is to provide each of my clients with a safe, judgment free space to explore themselves and their life experiences in order to heal.
